An almond paste dough, similarly used in our pignoli cookie, with your choice of a apricot or raspberry jam center. No pine nuts.
MIX : if you choose the "mix" filling option it means that you will get some of each kind of flavor; some apricot and some raspberry center. We do not offer an option that has both fillings in one cookie.

Want ooey-gooey soft bake? Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for two minutes
Saving some for later? All cookie varieties should be kept in an air tight container. 4oz varieties last 3-7 days
Freezer safe? Upon arrival place in freezer safe bags for up to one month in the freezer. When you are ready to eat let defrost in room temperature for one hour.
