BLACK FOREST CAKE
Chocolate cake splashed with cherry liqueur and filled with chocolate better cream and black cherries. Finished with white better cream.
BLACK & WHITE CAKE
Also known as, the people pleaser. Two layers of chocolate cake and one layer of yellow cake that is filled with vanilla custard and chocolate mousse. Best ordered with an enrobing of white chocolate ganache.
CANNOLI CAKE
Genovese sponge cake or chocolate cake filled with cannoli cream with chocolate chips.
CARAMEL CAKE
Chocolate cake filled with caramel, vanilla custard, and chocolate mousse. Iced with a thin layer of white better cream and enrobed in white chocolate. Garnished with caramel and pecans designed by Julio Iglesias

A delicious blend of whole wheat flour with walnuts and fresh carrots. Filled and frosted with a cream cheese icing and decorated with piped icing carrots.

LEMON COCONUT
Our light vanilla cake is combined with a tangy lemon filling and vanilla custard. Iced with white better cream and lemon glaze.
DOUBLE TEMPTATION

TIRAMISU
A traditional Italian dessert consisting of alternating layers of mascarpone and our fresh vanilla sponge delicately soaked in espresso. Garnished with a light touch of cocoa and our fresh traditional ladyfingers. The cocoa is representative of the soil of Sicily where Tiramisu was originated.
