ALMOND DELIGHT CAKE
Vanilla sponge cake filled with almond mascarpone cream inside and out and decorated with toasted almond crunch.
  
AMARETTO CAKE
A delicate vanilla sponge cake with amaretto flavor, filled with chocolate custard and a layer of vanilla custard. Finished with white better cream.

BLACK FOREST CAKE
Chocolate cake splashed with cherry liqueur and filled with chocolate better cream and black cherries. Finished with white better cream.

BLACK & WHITE CAKE
Also known as, the people pleaser. Two layers of chocolate cake and one layer of yellow cake that is filled with vanilla custard and chocolate mousse. Best ordered with an enrobing of white chocolate ganache.

CANNOLI CAKE
Genovese sponge cake or chocolate cake filled with cannoli cream with chocolate chips.

CARAMEL CAKE
Chocolate cake filled with caramel, vanilla custard, and chocolate mousse. Iced with a thin layer of white better cream and enrobed in white chocolate. Garnished with caramel and pecans designed by Julio Iglesias

CARROT CAKE
A delicious blend of whole wheat flour with walnuts and fresh carrots. Filled and frosted with a cream cheese icing and decorated with piped icing carrots.

CHOCOLATE LAYER
Chocolate cake filled with a unique combination of fudge and chocolate créme filling. Fudge icing.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Deep chocolate cake filled with a light chocolate mousse. Available with a fudge top or better cream top.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE TRUFFLE
Deep chocolate cake filled with a light chocolate mousse. Enrobed in chocolate ganache shell.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY
Chocolate cake filled with a thin layer of raspberry and chocolate mousse. Iced with a fudge top.
COOKIE DOUGH 
Vanilla cake, cookie dough filling with better cream icing and chocolate ganache drip and cookie dough pieces on top.

CREAMY CHEESECAKE
Our New York style cheesecake with cream cheese and sour cream in a thin layer of graham cracker crumbs blended with butter and vanilla.

LEMON COCONUT
Our light vanilla cake is combined with a tangy lemon filling and vanilla custard. Iced with white better cream and lemon glaze.

DOUBLE TEMPTATION
Two alternating layers of chocolate cake, sandwiched with a thick layer of cheesecake and fudge. The sides are iced in better cream and a chocolate fudge top.

MARBLE CHEESECAKE
Our fine 100% cream cheese swirled with pure Dutch chocolate with a chocolate crumb crust. Plain or topped with fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate.

MOLLY BROWN
Deep chocolate cake filled with vanilla custard filling, fresh strawberries and bananas. Iced with better cream.

NAPOLEON CAKE
Flaky crust filled with Italian custard. Fondant icing.
OREO
Chocolate cake with a light Oreo cream with chunks of Oreo pieces. Iced with light Oreo cream with Oreo pieces on top. 
RAINBOW COOKIE (only 7" and 10")
Three layers of flavored cake, almond, pistachio and cherry with raspberry jam layered with vanilla and chocolate custard. Iced in better cream with chocolate ganache and rainbow cookie pieces on top. 

ROULADE LOG (Seasonal)
Moist sponge cake rolled with chocolate mousse. Decorated with fudge and flowers.
  
RED VELVET CAKE
A delightful red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and white better cream outside. 

STRAWBERRY DOUBLE TEMPTATION
Two layers of sponge cake, filled with cheesecake and strawberries. Topped with white better cream.

STRAWBERRY AND VANILLA CUSTARD
Vanilla cake, strawberries, and French custard iced with better cream. *must specify if you would like fresh strawberries*

TIRAMISU
A traditional Italian dessert consisting of alternating layers of mascarpone and our fresh vanilla sponge delicately soaked in espresso. Garnished with a light touch of cocoa and our fresh traditional ladyfingers. The cocoa is representative of the soil of Sicily where Tiramisu was originated.
